This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Kirwana ("Developer") for the use of TrueRead ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to the terms of this Agreement and Apple's Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service.
TrueRead Pro is available as a one-time in-app purchase. This purchase grants a perpetual licence to use the Pro features on devices signed in to your Apple ID. The licence is non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
You may not:
The App displays articles sourced from third-party RSS feeds (e.g. Reuters, AP, BBC, The Guardian). All article content, headlines, images, and associated media remain the intellectual property of their respective publishers. The Developer does not claim ownership of any third-party content displayed in the App.
The User acknowledges that:
The App allows users to add custom RSS feed URLs. The User is solely responsible for any custom feeds they add and the content those feeds provide. The Developer is not responsible for content delivered through user-added feeds.
The App, including its design, code, quality scoring algorithms, user interface, and branding, is the intellectual property of the Developer and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to the Developer's trademarks or branding.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
The Developer does not warrant that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.
The Developer's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.
The Developer may also discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without prior notice or liability.
This Agreement is supplemental to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA"), which is available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and Apple's Standard EULA, Apple's Standard EULA shall prevail.

Your privacy is fundamental to TrueRead. The App collects no personal data. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
The Developer reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
